Expression data from rat dorsal root ganglion after chronic compression

All rats were divided into the sham and CCD groups randomly. Rats in CCD groups were anesthetized, followed by the implantation of two stainless steel rods in the intervertebral foramina between L4 and L5. Rats in the sham-operated group underwent the same procedure without steel rod insertion. DRG were harvested on the 7th day post-surgery.
