The Clarity-Relationship Framework (CRF) — Survey Instrument v1.0: Item Bank, Scoring Rules, and Power Analysis Script

Bilingual (Italian/English) survey instrument accompanying the conceptual paper "The Clarity-Relationship Framework: a conceptual model of how relationship quality and clarity jointly shape team goal definition and achievement" (Troso, 2026, preprint). Contents: (1) a 42-item core item bank measuring Team Relationship Quality (18 items), Team Clarity (9), Organizational Context Clarity (9), and Perceived Goal Outcomes (6), plus a 3-item optional module (word-action coherence, outside the OCL scale); (2) scoring rules with reverse-coding, an 18-item short form, quadrant feedback logic (REL × Team Clarity) with a separate organizational-context indicator, and a five-respondent anonymity rule; (3) a Monte Carlo power analysis script (Python) with results for primary and conservative (quadratic-augmented) specifications.
