Expression data of genes related to capsaicin synthesis screened in transcriptome measured by Zixin Zhang

In NCBI Capsicum Chinense Genome, CDS sequences of genes related to capsaicin synthesis were searched, and the obtained sequences were put into Pepper Genome Platform for Blast, using CDS files of CM334 as dataset. Then we get the ID of the gene with the highest homology.The geneID was taken into the transcriptome data measured by Zixin Zhang for screening, and the RPKM of related genes was obtained. -- Zixin Zhang transcriptome sequencing was earlier than Capsicum Chinense genome sequencing.Zhang, ZX., Zhao, SN., Liu, GF. et al.
