Supplemental Data - Beavers Preferentially Select Floodplain Habitat in Urbanized Watersheds V1.0

This repository stores a .zip file with supplemental data to support the pending manuscript (working title), "Beavers Preferentially Select Floodplain Habitat in Urbanized Watersheds." The intended article documents research regarding habitat selection by North American beaver (Castor canadensis) in central North Carolina, US in relation to the effects that increasing watershed urbanization has had on stream flows and geomorphology. The research documented here is part of the work conducted by C. Norcross over the period of 2021-2015, towards completion of his Ph.D. dissertation in earth sciences at North Carolina State University under the supervision of Dr. Karl W. Wegmann.
