This dataset provides the whole-transcriptome gene expression profiles of the human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC1 at 48 hours before and after infection with Enterococcus faecalis V583. Cells were divided into a control group and an Enterococcus faecalis-infected group. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) to identify differentially expressed genes in pancreatic cancer cells following bacterial treatment, and to enrich related signaling pathways and biological processes.This dataset aims to provide a transcriptomic resource for investigating the molecular mechanisms by which gut microbiota regulate pancreatic cancer progression, with a focus on gene expression changes, inflammatory responses, oxidative stress, and the activation of cancer-related signaling pathways triggered by bacterial infection.
