The purpose of this analysis is to determine the significance of 15-pgdh downregulation in the NASH mouse model. We utilized the animal statement and steric animal model (STAM) to establish a NASH-HCC model using WT and 15-Pgdh+/- mice following a specific protocol. In male mice, the NASH-HCC model was induced by a single subcutaneous injection of 100 õg STZ solution 2 days after birth, followed by ad libitum feeding of a high-fat diet from 4 to 15-20 weeks of age. RNA-sequencing was performed on the background liver tissues obtained from STAM WT and 15-Pgdh+/- mice.
