A tufA reference sequence library for the green algal genus Caulerpa (Bryopsidales)

A 1230 nucleotide tufA gene sequence alignment (in fasta format) of 89 Caulerpa species and nine 'Pseudochlorodesmis' species, a Maximum Likelihood phylogeny (pdf file) based on this alignment, and an Excel file with listing details about all taxa included.
