TCI: Translation Cost Index for Japanese I-Adjectives (Japanese-Thai)

Dataset and reference implementation for the Translation Cost Index (TCI), defined as TCI(w) = D(w) x log10 F(w), where D is the number of Daijirin sense divisions and F is BCCWJ frequency. Covers 200 high-frequency Japanese i-adjectives and 751 sense-level Japanese-Thai translation mappings, together with code that reproduces every table and statistic in the accompanying iCAST-ES 2026 paper. Daijirin definition text and BCCWJ source data are not redistributed; only derived values are published.
