The surviving marrow is dominated by the population of CD138 (+), Lamb> Kappa plasmocytes, which constitute about 70% of its composition. Cells of all hematopoiesis series without maturation disorders have also been identified within the bone marrow. There are no CD34 + or CD117 + blasts.
