Transcriptomic profile between the wild-type strain and ΔAosnf1 showed that differentially expressed genes were enriched on peroxisome,endocytosis, fatty acid degradation, and multi-lipid metabolism (sphingolipid, ether lipid, glycerolipid, and glycerophospholipid). Overall design: RNA-seq analysis between six wild-type samples and six ΔAosnf1 mutant samples, with three biological replicates per sample, and prediction of multiple cytological processes that may affect trap formation in Arthrobotrys oligospora.
