The aim of this study was to investigate and understand the comprehensive influence of E. ampelina on grape berries under field conditions. With this work, we provide novel insights into the responses and metabolic changes of berries during the interaction of grape-Elsinoe ampelina pathosystem by a combination analysis of transcriptome and metabolome.
