A dataset for "X. Liu et al, Phys. Plasmas 26, 042509 (2019)"

The data were post-processed from simulation data by BOUT-HESEL code. The mat files with "EAST" as prefix are generated from simulation results with three EAST L-mode discharges as inputs. The mat files with "fix" as prefix are used to check whether the q95 influence the scrape-off layer power with through the parallel connection length or the neo-classic terms. The mat files with "scaling" as prefix are the simulation results by scanning certain input parameters while keep the other parameters unchanged to get numerical scalings.
