In this study, the effects of Citrobacter sp.strain and Comamonas sp. on the regeneration of wet storage, wet storage and dry storage particles were investigated. The Citrobacter sp.strain is beneficial to wet storage regeneration, promotes the propagation of Leucobacter, a key bacterium secreting PN, and increases 57.5% PN and 25.6% PS of dry storage particles, but is not conducive to the reorganization of wet storage particles, and has limited effect on improving the COD degradation ability. Comamonas sp. Improved COD degradation ability and particle activity. In addition, the two kinds of bacteria had different effects on the secretion of EPS with different dry humidity and crushing degree. This study provides a theoretical basis for adding bacteria reactivation storage granules.
