YEZ_metatranscriptome of microbial community in grass carp intestine. fish metagenome

In order to explore the structure and function of microbial community in grass carp intestine, we collected the gut contents of 3 wild grass carps captured at Ezhou,Hubei province, China.Next we mixed them and named the mixture YEZ. We sequenced the metatranscriptome of microbial community of the content. Finally we assembled the reads into contigs and scaffords, and now the data we try to submit is the total contigs which constitute the scaffords larger than 500 bp.
