As compared to WT, G490R mutation condition (<i>f</i> = 1) and intermediate deficiency (<i>f</i> = 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.8) increased the amplitude of action potential and the maximal upstroke velocity, but caused a more negative resting membrane potential and reduced action potential durations.
