The Hypoxic Microenvironment of Candida albicans Biofilms Shapes Neutrophil Responses - raw data

The dataset contains raw and processed data collected during the NCN PRELUDIUM 21 research project and underlying the publication "The Hypoxic Microenvironment of Candida albicans Biofilms Shapes Neutrophil Responses". The dataset includes confocal and fluorescence microscopy images of neutrophil-biofilm interactions, as well as quantitative analyses of neutrophil activity at different biofilm maturation stages. The data were obtained from biological replicates and are provided in their original formats to ensure reproducibility.
