# lab_persistence_deposit.csv - readme <br> Time_point - the time point an individuals Arsenophonus status was tested. Note, for TP_1 (time point 1, day 0) bees in “control” group mirror results from bees in “Test” group, however this is by proxy as leg snips were not performed on controls.<br> Colony - colony source of bees “Beb” = colony A, “Ness’ = colony B, ‘Liv” = negative control colony<br> Pot - unique identifier for each pot<br> Bee_id - unique identified for each individual<br> Treatment - “Test” = individuals belonging to the group that had a leg snip to determine Arsenophonus status prior to experiment, “Control” = indivduals from the same source as the ’Test’ bees, but that were not subjected to a leg snip i.e. this is a control to ensure the leg snip does not affect result, “Neg_control” = bees stemming from colony with no evidence of Arsenophonus association<br> Arse_status - the Arsenophonus status of the individual (i.e. Arsenophonus positive = 1, Arsenophonus negative = 0)<br>
