Development of a Serum Protein Biomarker Panel for the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Using a Machine Learning Approach

This dataset supports the findings of the study titled "Development of a Serum Protein Biomarker Panel for the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Using a Machine Learning Approach." It includes raw and processed serum protein biomarker data from two independent cohorts (Cohort A and Cohort B), as well as the feature importance outputs from machine learning models. Serum samples were analyzed using a Luminex™ bead-based immunoassay platform to quantify 47 candidate protein biomarkers. Data files include: Raw biomarker measurements (Excel format)
