Transcriptomic sequencing analysis of Yujin Powder in the treatment of Large Intestine Dampness-Heat Syndrome

This study was divided into three groups: the normal control group, the model group, and the drug treatment group. Mice were fed a high-sugar and high-fat diet and housed in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. Subsequently, Escherichia coli (O101) was injected intraperitoneally to establish the model of Large Intestine Dampness-Heat Syndrome. After successful establishment of the model, Yujin Powder was administered by intragastric gavage for treatment.
