Afro-TB dataset

The main zipped file contains an excel sheet (StartHERE_AFRO_TB.xlsx) and three folders. The main excel file contains the list of mutations with corresponding antibiotic resistance for each of the 13753 genomes. The file also includes the identified lineage and the country of origin for each genome. The accession numbers are hyperlinked to the corresponding table that has the curated table of mutations with their corresponding loci (these tables are in the folder AFRO-TB_dataset). The vcf files for all the genomes can be found in the folder "AFRO_TV_VCF" and their corresponding annotated VCF files are in "AFR_TB_ANNOTATED_VCF.
