T2T Genome Assembly and Sequence Data of Paspalum vaginatum

This study presents telomere-to-telomere (T2T) genome assemblies of multiple Paspalum vaginatum accessions, a halophytic species with exceptional salinity tolerance. By integrating diverse long- and short-read sequencing data, we aim to generate contiguous and accurate genomic references across different genotypes. These resources will facilitate in-depth investigation of genetic variation underlying stress adaptation and accelerate molecular breeding for enhanced salinity resilience.
