Ionospheric Vertical Correlation Length Derived From IRI-2016 Model Errors

Ionospheric vertical correlation length based on IRI-2016 model and Incoherent Scatter Radar (ISR) data. ISR used for this analysis: Jicamarca, Arecibo, Millstone Hill, Poker Flat ISR, and ResoluteBay Canada ISR. This metadata can be used for the construction of the covariance matrix for ionospheric data assimilation.
