Data and Python code that reproduce all results and figures in the letter “Border carbon charges and the limits of green subsidies”. The package contains annual Turkish Statistical Institute manufacturing series for 2011 to 2024, the calibration scripts, the government-firm replicator model, the closed-form financing threshold, the 130,572-draw Latin hypercube sensitivity analysis, the interior-equilibrium and starting-point checks, and the two figures. Run order and package contents are in the README.
