刀口形直尺:测量面呈刃口状,用于测量工件平面形状误差的测量器具。 对于刀口尺的要求: 1、外观 刀口形直尺测量面上不应有影响使用性能的锈蚀、碰伤、崩刃等缺陷。 2、材料 刀口形直尺应选择合金工具钢、轴承钢或其他类似性能的材料制造。 3、装置 ①、刀口尺上应安装隔热板或装置。 ②、三棱尺和四棱尺上应带有手柄。 4、硬度和表面粗糙度 ①、刀口形直尺测量面的硬度不应小于713HV(或60HRC);同一测量面的不同部位的硬度差不应大于82HV(或3HRC)。 ②、刀口形直尺测量面上的表面粗糙度Ra值不应大于0.05μm刀口尺和三棱尺上与测量面相邻接表面的表面粗糙度Ra值不应大于0.8μm;四棱尺上与测量面相邻接表面的表面粗糙度Ra值不应大于0.2μm。 5、检验方法 采用长度不小于被检刀口形直尺测量面长度L的平尺以光隙法进行测量。检测时,平尺用两等高点支撑,支撑点应在距平尺两端的2/9长度处,灯光箱置于平尺后方。然后将被检刀口形直尺测量面与平尺接触,再沿刀口形直尺测量面的圆弧自测面垂直于平尺测量面的位置向两侧转动22.5°范围内,观察刀口形直尺测量面与平尺之间的透光间隙,并与标准光隙相比较来确定透光间隙值。 标准光隙由量块和平晶等组成;对于直线度公差为0.5μm的刀口形直尺采用0级量块,大于0.5μm、小于或等于1.0μm的采用1级量块,大于1.0μm的采用2级量块。

Knife-edge straightedge: A measuring instrument with a cutting-edge-shaped measuring surface, used to measure the planar form error of workpieces. Requirements for knife-edge straightedges: 1. Appearance There shall be no defects affecting service performance such as rust, bumps, chipped edges, etc., on the measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge. 2. Materials Knife-edge straightedges shall be manufactured from alloy tool steel, bearing steel, or other materials with equivalent properties. 3. Device configuration ① An insulating plate or corresponding device shall be installed on the knife-edge straightedge. ② Triangular straightedges and quadrangular straightedges shall be provided with handles. 4. Hardness and surface roughness ① The hardness of the measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge shall not be less than 713HV (or 60HRC); the hardness difference between different positions on the same measuring surface shall not exceed 82HV (or 3HRC). ② The surface roughness Ra of the measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge shall not be greater than 0.05μm. The surface roughness Ra of the surfaces adjacent to the measuring surface on the knife-edge straightedge and triangular straightedge shall not be greater than 0.8μm; the surface roughness Ra of the surfaces adjacent to the measuring surface on the quadrangular straightedge shall not be greater than 0.2μm. 5. Inspection method Measurement shall be conducted using the light gap method with a straightedge whose length is not less than the length L of the measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge to be inspected. During inspection, the straightedge shall be supported by two equal-height points, which shall be located at 2/9 of the length from both ends of the straightedge, and a light box shall be placed behind the straightedge. Then, bring the measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge to be inspected into contact with the straightedge, rotate within a range of 22.5° to both sides from the position where the arc-shaped measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge is perpendicular to the measuring surface of the straightedge, observe the light transmission gap between the measuring surface of the knife-edge straightedge and the straightedge, and compare it with the standard light gap to determine the value of the light transmission gap. The standard light gap is composed of gauge blocks, flat crystals, etc. For knife-edge straightedges with a straightness tolerance of 0.5μm, grade 0 gauge blocks shall be used; for those with a straightness tolerance greater than 0.5μm and less than or equal to 1.0μm, grade 1 gauge blocks shall be used; for those with a straightness tolerance greater than 1.0μm, grade 2 gauge blocks shall be used.
