Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6 Raw sequence reads

Targeted deletion of the Rbm24 in postnatal heart leads to lethality. To further elucidate the mechanism underlying the observed functional defects and pathological phenotypes, we performed a genome-wide analysis of Rbm24-regulated genes using high throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology. Methods were as follows: Total RNA was isolated from WT and Rbm24-/- hearts respectively. Then, RNA was extracted using Trizol regent. RNA-seq library was prepared according to manufacturer's instruction (Illumina, http://www.illumina.com). The cDNA library was sequenced on the Illumina sequencing platform (Illumina HiSeq PE150).
