Sixteen tasks used to validate the Activ8 activity monitor in a group of able-bodied participants (N = 16).

The tasks (lasting 60 sec each) were performed by all participants in the order of presentation. There was a break between the tasks to instruct the participant about the next task (approx. 1 minute). Tasks were standardized i.e. tasks set-up, as well as instruction given to the participants were the same for all subjects.
