Two randomized controlled trials of misoprostol for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Dataset includes data from two double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, non-inferiority trials conducted in low- and middle-income countries that compared use of sublingual misoprostol and IV oxytocin for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. One study compared the two modalities among women not exposed to oxytocin during labor (study A in dataset) and the other study compared the two modalities among women receiving prophylactic oxytocin (study B in dataset).
