"Rheological and \u00b5CT Dataset for Syntactic Foam Composites"

"This dataset supports development of processing parameters for particulate composites in digital light processing (DLP)-based additive manufacturing. It includes rheological measurements for neat resin and resin\u2013hollow glass microsphere (HGM) composites used in vat photopolymerization. Three HGM density grades (0.13, 0.23, and 0.31 g\/cm\u00b3) were tested at 10, 20, and 40 vol.% to capture effects of particle loading on flow behavior. Viscosity was measured using an Anton Paar MCR702 across shear rates of 1\u201350 s\u207b\u00b9 and temperatures of 35\u2013125 \u00b0C, generating 50 datasets. The dataset also includes \u00b5CT image stacks for representative specimens, enabling qualitative assessment of particle dispersion, microstructural features, and internal defects. These data are intended to support integration with future manufacturing datasets and machine learning approaches for process parameter development in syntactic foams."
