Code used for analyses in the manuscript titled: Global resilience of reef fishes despite increasing coral bleaching events<br><br><i>BGLMM_ECOREGION</i> shows analyses for performing Generalised Linear mixed effect models and extracting the posteriors from bayesian models to calculate the probability of bleaching effect<br><br>RLS_BGAM shows analyses for performing Generalised additive mixed effect models<br><br><i>RLS_raw_assoc_26Mar.csv</i> is the dataset that is used in analyses. it contains reef life survey data that is publicly available and each species of fish is coded to its repsective assocaition category<br><br>All justification and references are detailed in the methods of the manuscipt
