Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized the systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. Our aim is to use RNA-seq to reveal the mechanisms by which DkkMo suppresses tumor expansion both in vitro and in vivo. In vitro sample was from MOSJ-Dkk1 cultures. in vivo sample was from mouse MOSJ-Dkk1 xenograft. High throughput sequencing was performed on a NovaSeq 6000 system, recovering 70 million(in vitro) and 150 million(in vivo) raw reads per sample in 150 bp paired-end format respectively. The reads were aligned to the GRCm38.98 reference genome
