资源简介:
Pharmaceutically applicable polyols are represented with different chemical compounds and commercial grades with different moisture content. Moisture content is an important parameter since it can affect the chemical stability, quality, and safety of the formulation during both the manufacturing process and storage. Method. The moisture content of polyols was determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA; loss on drying). The accurately weighed sample of approx. 500 mg was exposed to a constant temperature of 105℃ and the weight loss due to the moisture evaporating was recorded by the Halogen Moisture Analyzer (HX204; Mettler Toledo AG, Greifensee, Switzerland). Measurements were done in triplicate, and the LoD (%, w/w) were presented as averages and standard deviations (n = 3; Av. ± S.D.). Data. The data of every polyol measurement in the form of a CSV spreadsheet (file name: LoD_Polyols) was composed, including 3 individual LoD measurements, the average, and the standard deviations. To simplify the data reusing, average LoD values with S.D. were presented in a graphical format (file name: Figure.jpg).
