Sanger Sequencing Validation Data for CRISPR/Cas9-Mediated Rab25 Knockout Mice

This dataset contains the original Sanger sequencing data used to validate the CRISPR/Cas9-mediated Rab25 knockout allele in genetically modified mice. The dataset includes raw Sanger sequencing chromatogram files (.ab1), sequence files (.seq), and the reference wild-type genomic sequence used for sequence comparison. These data were generated for confirmation of the targeted Rab25 mutation and genotype validation of F1 offspring described in the manuscript entitled “Rab25 deficiency suppresses colorectal cancer progression by inhibiting glycolysis and tumor angiogenesis”.
