Myr-Arf1 conformational flexibility at the membrane surface: insights for ArfGAP ASAP1 interactions

Filename: MD_snapshots_upload.zip - contains snapshots from 3 representative MD simulations of ARF on the surface of the membrane. To reduce the file size we have removed all the water molecules and ions from the system.
Filename: Fig3_data_script.zip - contains raw data used to generate figure 3 (panel B, C, D, and E). This folder also contains a readme file with details.
Filename: Fig4.zip - contains raw data used to generate figure 4. We have separated named files for each of the panels.
