Dataset supporting the publication of Human class B1 GPCR modulation by plasma membrane lipids MD_setup1.zip contains all the input files for the cgMD simulations of the 15 B1 GPCR receptors. MD_trajectory.zip contains all the cgMD production trajectory for all the 15 B1 GPCR receptors (solvent removed, the R1 in the R1a filename refers to the first repeat and the a/i suffix refers to active and inactive state respectively).
