St Paul's Heights Grid

The St Paul’s Heights policy framework is set out in City Plan 2036 Strategic Policy S13: Protected Views and Local Plan Protected Views Policy CS13. Further guidance set out in the St Paul’s and Monument Views Supplementary Planning Guidance 2002. St Paul’s Heights Grid to be used with layers:St Paul’s Policy, St Paul’s Heights Points, St Paul’s Heights Setback, St Paul’s DepthsGrid of maximum permitted heights for developments within the St Paul’s Heights Policy Area. Detailed information set out in the St Paul’s Heights Subject Study.Viewpoints – The relevant viewing places that influence the height limit at that grid square.Height – The maximum permitted heights for developments within the grid square, in metres Above Ordnance Datum (AOD).Depths – Flag field to indicate the relevance of the St Paul’s Depths policy at that grid square.Setback - Flag field to indicate the relevance of the St Paul’s setback at that grid square.In City – Flag for grid square which have been calculated for locations outside the City boundary and therefore outside the City’s planning control.
