Table S3. Performance of the GSC method when applied to interactomes created using various confidence score cutoffs and run using various restart probabilities. All diseases with two or more associated genes were used. Performance is measured using associations identified by the text-mining as true positives. Sets of diseaseâ cell-type associations were produced by applying an FDR cutoff of 10 % to the GSC and text-mining results. (XLS 10 kb)
