Source data and analysis code for Trehalase Expansion and Functional Divergence in the Evolution of Insect Trehalose Metabolism`
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo record contains source data and analysis code associated with the BMC Biology research article “Trehalase Expansion and Functional Divergence in the Evolution of Insect Trehalose Metabolism”. The deposited files include individual-level measurements of larval and adult body weight, adult hemolymph trehalose content and soluble trehalase activity; raw qPCR Ct values; KEGG enrichment results; selected negative-ion-mode differential metabolite data and sample intensities; an adult fat-body RNA-seq gene count matrix; and R/R Markdown scripts used for KEGG visualization, metabolite heatmap generation, differential-expression analysis, Venn diagrams and principal component analysis. Original Excel workbooks are accompanied by UTF-8 CSV exports. The archive also provides a README, data dictionary, filename mapping, known limitations and SHA-256 checksums. Raw RNA-sequencing reads are deposited separately in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under BioProject PRJNA1337900.
