Characterization of microbiome of various oral niches in patients with periodontitis. human oral metagenome

We collected four samples (supragingival and subgingival plaque, saliva, and tongue coating) from 14 patients with periodontitis before and after periodontal therapy. The project goal is to characterize microbiome in each site and compositional shift of each microbiome following therapy.
