Supplemental Materials for the Xuzhou fossil

These are supplemental materials for the manuscript entitled "A stromatoporoid-like sediment-incorporating sponge from the microbialites of Cambrian Stage 4". The package includes: (A) the original scans of the serial grinding; (B) the stack of aligned images; (C) the segmented stack with background removed; (D) a modified version of the segmented stack, with interpolations to adjust its thickness according to the measured real dimension; (E) the Voreen workplace to render the stack in D and to generate the video; (F) a video of the 3-D image.
