Sequencing of rice root LTP mutants

This dataset includes single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from wild-type and osltpl120 mutant rice root tips, collected using the 10x Genomics platform. The OsLTPL120 gene, specifically expressed in the cortex of rice roots, was identified through WGCNA analysis as being related to rice root phenotypes. Mutation of this gene results in a more developed root system and enlarged cortical cells. This dataset aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the phenotypic changes observed in osltpl120 mutants, providing insights into root development and gene function in rice.
