Q-methodological Survey of Norwegian Stakeholders in The Debate On Government Monitoring, 2019

The project "Q-methodological Survey of Norwegian Stakeholders in The Debate On Government Monitoring, 2019" has mapped the legal framework that exists and is under development in Norway, Finland and the United Kingdom with regard to police intelligence and online investigative activities. The project has identified how the parties in the debate on online monitoring articulate and justify their positions. As a third entry, the project has studied people's behavior online, what perceptions they have of risk, what expectations they have of privacy and protection, and their perceptions of online police surveillance.
