The 1887 Clauses of the Toba Batak Language
收藏资源简介:
These 1887 clauses are the clauses from the 535 sentences in the other dataset. The identification of the clauses was processed by identifying the existence of the predicate. However, Toba Batak is unique because due to the data set and the previous researcher, especially PWJ Nababan (1986) and Percival (1986), the clauses of Toba Batak was ordered in Verb-Object-Subject (VOS). The identification of the predicate was very much helped by the research result of Percival about the forms of predicate in Toba Batak, such as Noun phrase, prepositional phrase, adjective, verb (transitive and intransitive), and so on. Lastly, in the other document, the clauses are analyzed and in that document, the clauses was defined into 1845 clauses. I still share this data for you to see the forms and challenge you to defined the wrong clause. You are welcomed to analyzed them.
