资源简介:
Additional file 38: Table S29. Main characteristics of the single-clone, meta-clone and k-mer association analyses with rheumatoid arthritis and clinical phenotypes. For each analysis, the number of UMIs, clones, meta-clones, k-mers as well as the clone, meta-clone and k-mer detection rate per sample are shown at the chain level. The number of clones, meta-clones and k-mers detected in >1% of the samples that were included in the association analyses is also provided. Abbreviations: M, mean; N, sample size.
