资源简介:
C3HeB/FeJ mice reveal susceptibility to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, which is associated with the super susceptibility to tuberculosis 1 (Sst1) locus in mice. Transcriptional regulatory genes Sp110 and Sp140 are encoded within the Sst1 locus, and thier expressions are reduced in C3HeB/FeJ mice. The mouse Sp110 and Sp140 genes have been identified as negative regulators of inflammatory response genes, including the type I interferon (IFN) response. In this study, we surveyed genome-wide transcriptional profile of macrophages infected with M. tuberculosis. Bone marrow macrophages (BMMs) derived from C3HeB/FeJ or C3H/HeN were infected with M. tuberculosis for 24 hours. mRNA-seq was conducted for infected BMMs.
