资源简介:

This release contains the CHISEL candidate list: 5,555 white dwarf–main-sequence binary candidates selected from 4,224,187 Gaia DR3 stars (15 < G < 18.5, 60–450 pc). CHISEL is an ensemble of five gradient-boosted tree classifiers trained only on synthetic starlight: real Gaia main-sequence stars combined with modeled white dwarfs and Keplerian orbits. No real binary was used in training, and the model reads 13 Gaia catalog columns. It recovers 238 of 687 published systems that were absent from training, and its candidates are detected in the GALEX far-ultraviolet 7.7 times as often as matched controls, though ultraviolet data were never an input. Of the candidates, 447 appear in earlier published lists and 5,108 do not. Of those 5,108, 507 have a public SDSS, DESI or LAMOST spectrum; 33 show a white dwarf with a main-sequence companion (spectroscopically confirmed), and 4,601 have no public spectrum and are targets for new observations. The 33 are a lower bound, and the list is not a complete census. Files: cand.dat (all candidates), ident.dat (the 33 confirmed systems), ReadMe (CDS-format column descriptions), candidates.csv (the same table as CSV), and a README with the counts.
