Total RNA Sequencing in HCC Patients Liver resection was performed on HCC patients. Samples were carefully disected to separate tumor tissues from the adjacent CLD tissues. Normal liver tissue was obtained from healthy donors or liver resections resulted from other medical conditions. All samples were examined and verified by experienced pathologists. Total RNAseq was performed to compare the changes in their transcriptomic signatures.
