VPRS 14356 Agendas

The Agenda Books contain lists of items for discussion at the meetings of the Country Roads Board. Each double page contains columns headed:Item no. - the items on each meeting's agenda are numbered from 1 onwardsReg no. - an annual single number (may refer to VPRS 10203 Correspondence Files, however this is subject to research).Name and subject - the name of the person proposing an agenda item and a briefInstructions thereon - a brief note, stating whether a proposal was approved or declined, or more information requested etc.In later volumes, there are only two columns, "Subject" and "Decision".A volume of agendas labelled "No. 7", covering part of 1915 was not transferred. As at February 2005, it is located in the VicRoads Boardroom.
