资源简介:
Wild tea rhizospheric soil from the acidic selenium-rich environment of Anping village, Fengsan town, Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province, was examined. With the help of high-throughput sequencing techniques, the similarities and differences in the microbial diversity and microbial abundance of dominant species in the rhizospheric soil attached to the main root, lateral root and hairy root of Camellia sinensis L. in acid selenium-rich soil were studied, and the community structure and composition of bacteria and fungi were clarified. This study provides a theoretical basis for further understanding the role of root morphology in regulating rhizospheric effects and promoting the development and utilization of wild tea rhizospheric growth-promoting bacterial resources.
