RegTechBench: Evidence-Aware Benchmarks for Blockchain Regulatory Monitoring

RegTechBench is a public benchmark package for evaluating regulatory-monitoring and risk-control logic on blockchain-style transaction systems. It provides generated replay workloads with generator-created answers, public-source provenance notes, conversion summaries, schemas, reference checks, and a reproducibility guide. The package is a research artifact, not a legal violation dataset or compliance-certification tool. License-gated raw public sources are excluded by default and represented through source manifests, checksums, summaries, and rebuild instructions.
