Reproducibility package for: Estimating leaf area index in mountainous coniferous forests from Sentinel-2 imagery: allometry-informed modelling and UAV validation

This record provides the public reproducibility package for the manuscript “Estimating leaf area index in mountainous coniferous forests from Sentinel-2 imagery: allometry-informed modelling and UAV validation”. The package includes source code, Sentinel-2 and UAV processing scripts, Google Earth Engine scripts for regional LAI mapping, anonymized plot-level field measurements, model input tables, processed Sentinel-2 and UAV predictor tables, model outputs, parameter settings, random seeds and final model-parameter files required to reproduce the statistical analyses, model fitting, validation and figures reported in the manuscript. Plot-level longitude and latitude are retained to support spatial reproducibility. Raw UAV imagery, individual-tree field records, and finer-scale spatial identifiers are not publicly released because of project confidentiality and field-location restrictions. Access to restricted data may be considered upon reasonable request to the corresponding author, subject to institutional approval and data-use restrictions.
